BestBuzz provides digital marketing, consulting, web management, and automated data processing solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, automated lead delivery systems, script integrations, and dashboard reporting that may connect with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace or Meta Business Suite.

2. Accounts and Security

When you create an account or authenticate our integration tools with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any access tokens.
You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account or API integrations.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Integrated Third-Party Services & Google API Data

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms via application programming interfaces (APIs), including Google Cloud APIs.

Compliance: Your use of integrations that connect to Google Services must comply with Google’s respective terms and permissions.
Data Access: By authorizing our tools to access your Google Sheets, advertising dashboards, or other platforms, you grant us the necessary operational permissions to execute requested tasks (such as syncing lead data).
Revocation: You maintain absolute control over these integrations and can revoke our application's API access at any time via your third-party account security settings.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or local laws.
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary tools and automated scripts.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, functionalities, automated workflows, and custom scripts are and will remain the exclusive property of BestBuzz, LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BestBuzz, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
Any content or data loss resulting from API modifications or downtime by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
